Yoga Sundays at 9.30am
Every Sunday at 9.30am we will be having a 1-hour yoga class with instructor Julie.
Followed By Brunch!
The class is followed by a delicious, healthy vegan brunch with a Buddha bowl created by Baby Elephant CEO and yogi Carmel. Featuring pomelo, scrambled herbed tofu, with a cashew cream dressing and locally-sourced veggies, the Buddha bowl is a taste sensation!
We have also created a delicious green detox juice with the input of the awesome Sister Srey team.
About your yoga instructor Julie
Yoga, for Julie, is about creating space – creating space in her day to experience more joy and freedom. She believes that taking the time to connect with breath and body is an essential part of healthy living. Julie invites her students to come to their mats with open hearts, open minds and gratitude for the time spent together.
A Holistic Approach
Julie takes a holistic approach to her classes and she encourages the integration of breath with body, mind and spirit. With a strong focus on alignment and foundation, her classes deliver powerful, safe, rhythmic movements through a variety of yoga postures.
